Committed to continuous professional development, Reyes earned his Postgraduate Degree in Executive Maritime Management from the World Maritime University in Malmo, Sweden, Skane County, and MSc in Shipping Management from the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy Graduate School in the Philippines.
